30 Day Return Full Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. With some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items. 

If of course a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item - you are of course allowed to return your item for inspection and refund.

You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name - so we can process the return.

We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be sent to your original method of payment.

If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned to us after 30 days from purchase date - we reserve the right to not process the refund.


How To Return - UK CUSTOMERS:

Returns portal:

  1. Enter your order number & postcode
  2. Choose your return reason
  3. Then select either:
    1. Money Back - refunded to original payment method
    2. Store Credit - sent as a gift card
  4. Choose a drop off point - Select between Royal Mail & Evri collection points
  5. Confirm your return
  6. Receive a QR code to use at parcel drop off point
  7. Parcel drop off point will provide label

Note - a return fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your refund.



International returns portal:

  1. Enter your order number & email
  2. Choose your return reason
  5. Confirm your return
  6. Follow the instructions:

Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:
