A bit of history… This luxury British brand was founded in 1856 by 21-year-old Thomas Burberry and is still one of the most popular labels on the market. Then known as ‘Burberrys of London’, it originally focused on outdoor attire, renowned for the creation of gabardine, a water-resistant, resilient fabric. Today, it is associated with its iconic beige tartan, initially designed to line the trench coats of World War soldiers.
