30 Day Return Full Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. With some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items. 

If of course a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item - you are of course allowed to return your item for inspection and refund.

You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name - so we can process the return.

We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the funds will be sent to your original method of payment.

If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned to us after 30 days from purchase date - we reserve the right to not process the refund.

UK customers can make the return using our return labels.  Return shipping per item costs £3.50 which will be deducted from the customers refund.

International customers must return their order at their own cost.

I’m afraid this is not something we offer at the moment - we can only provide refunds for returns.

Currently we do not log returns as they arrive at the warehouse. Once we process the refund you will recieve notification by email. We advise our customers to use tracked post when returning any orders. 

It may take a few working days for us to process the returns once they arrive at our warehouse. Once we have processed the return, you should receive an email notification.  The return of funds is usually quick, however some banks  may take up to 3-5 working days to return a refund. 

It may take a few working days for the bank to process the transaction. First, please make sure you are checking the correct account. If you have not received the funds after 5 working days - then please get in touch -

We do not include the original shipipng fee or any returns expenses in the refund, as this is for the item only

The amount may appear differently in your account due to currency conversion rates - please check this!

Change my order

Of course you can cancel your order if you change your mind - you just need to let us know before we dispatch the order. Once orders have been shipped, we can not cancel them unfortunately. 

Yes - as long as we haven't shipped it yet! If you need to change your address, please email : with your order number and new address.

If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to the wrong address - please inform the shipping company directly. The parcel may be returned to us and we can arrange a new delivery if so. 

We can make changes to a order as long as you let us know before we dispatch the order so we can make the change for you.

Order issues

Please email us and let us know which item was missing and your order number so that we can look into this for you!

We are so sorry - there may have been a mix up when we were packing up your order. Please email us with your order number and send us a picture of the item you have received including the tags. Please also let us know which item you were missing so we can locate it.

If you think we may have made a mistake with any of your items - please let us know by emailing us a full description of the mistake with photographs so that we can investigate what happened.

The team works hard to ensure only authentic items are listed on our website. We include several quality control points during our process to remove any fakes. This is supported by strong supplier relationships and the team's extensive experience of handling branded clothing. If you have any doubts about an item's authenticity please email the customer service team with pictures as an aid.

We are insured for 'lost post' for up to £100 -

We can claim for 'lost post' if there are no updates on the tracking for 25 working days after the last expected delivery date, we can start the process of a claim. We then submit any details and evidence to the courier. They will then analyse the claim and they say they will reach a conclusion within roughly 30 days for UK customers and up to 90 days for international customers.

 If they find that they are at fault, they can reimburse us for the cost of the order (up to £100) and mark the claim as successful. 

However, they can also reject the claim if they believe they are not at fault - marking the claim as unsuccessful. They do advise that the customer searches everywhere possible before we start this claim process.

 The issue is that they can sometimes mark the claim as rejected even when they are at fault due to insufficient evidence - we will tend to have a mix of successful and unsuccessful claims.

Every piece we sell is washed or dry cleaned, then pressed and hung in our stock room. We try our best to be extremely vigilant and point out any marks or faults in the item listing.

Our standards are very high, we quality check each and every item at several stages before it is listed on the website. If you believe your item is in fact not of a high quality, then please contact:

Please allow a 1-2 working day handling period on orders. We do not ship any orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays.

Shipping times are provided directly from the courier and they do advise these are only an aim, not a gurantee. Please be aware these dont inlude handling times from our warehouse.

You should receive your tracking number by 5pm the next working day after purchasing.

You will receive your tracking number to the email address you used at checkout. Please double check your spam folder or any other email address you have.

Please be aware that during busy periods, there may be small dispatch delays.

We utilise the IOSS scheme to pay for VAT on our EU customers behalf on orders under €150. If you are in the EU and your order is over €150, then customs charges may apply.

The size shown is the current modern size, as per our size guide found here.

Where appropriate we convert item label sizes to modern standardized sizing as per our size guide.

Why? Vintage clothing label sizes can vary from today's standardized clothing sizes.

The life each item has had may also alter the actual size relative to the size on its label, through washing and wear.

If extra detail is required for sizing we will indicate this in the items notes.

We hand measure all of our bottoms when creating the listings to provide the most accurate measurements.

Due to the nature of vintage items, the current measurements may often vary from the original tags due to stretching or shrinking due to wear over time!

These should still fit you as expected, however we do ask tha you allow a 1-1.5 inch margin when checking your fit.
