30 Day Return Full Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

We will not refund items that have become broken or damaged after purchase. Vintage clothing cannot be deemed as 'faulty'. With some clothing being very delicate given its age. Appropriate care must be taken with these items. 

If of course a fault was not mentioned or shown in the photos of the item - you are of course allowed to return your item for inspection and refund.

Discounted, sale and outlet items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns of discounted, sale or outlet products. If these items are returned to us they will not be refunded. 

You must return your item with a note referencing your order number and name - so we can process the return.

Returns are at the customers own cost.

We will process your return once it has been received and inspected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If your item(s) have clearly been used, returned in a poorer state than they were sent out or returned to us after 30 days from purchase date - we reserve the right to not process the refund.

It may take a few working days for us to process the returns once they arrive at our warehouse. Once we have processed the return, you should receive an email notification.  The return of funds is usually quick, however some banks  may take up to 3-5 working days to return a refund. 

Currently we do not log returns as they arrive at the warehouse. Once we process the refund you will recieve notification by email. We advise our customers to use tracked post when returning any orders. 

I’m afraid this is not something we offer at the moment - we can only provide refunds for returns.

It may take a few working days for the bank to process the transaction. First, please make sure you are checking the correct account. If you have not received the funds after 5 working days - then please get in touch.

We can only refund the amount for the items we have received back to us - we do not provide refunds for the shipping amount or for any other items in the order that were not refunded. The amount may also appear differently in your account due to currency conversion rates - please check the currency that the refund was processed with.

Change my order

Of course you can cancel your order if you change your mind - you just need to let us know before we dispatch the order. Once orders have been shipped, we can not cancel them unfortunately. 

Yes - as long as we haven't shipped it yet! If you need to change your address, please email with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to the wrong address - please inform the shipping company directly. The parcel may be returned to us and we can arrange a new delivery if so.

Of course! As long as you let us know before we dispatch the order so we can make the change for you. Please email us with your order number and the change you would like to make.

Order issues

Please email us and let us know which item was missing and your order number so that we can look into this for you!

We are so sorry - there may have been a mix up when we were packing up your order. Please email us with your order number and send us a picture of the item you have received including the tags. Please also let us know which item you were missing so we can locate it.

If you think we may have made a mistake with any of your items - please let us know by emailing us a full description of the mistake with photographs so that we can investigate what happened.

We triple check all of our items before they get uploaded onto the site. You are always welcome to send us photographs of items you have purchased from us so we can check again.

We are a leading online vintage clothing retailer, aiming to deliver quality secondhand clothing for festivals and everyday wear; offering great brands at the best possible prices. 

We source our clothing from a wide range of suppliers located all around the world, we have suppliers in America, Germany, France, the UK and Asia.

We do not sell any items that are marked, torn or fake. Every piece is washed or dry cleaned, then pressed and hung in our stock room. Our standards are very high, we quality check each and every item at several stages before it is listed on the website. We do not usually buy clothing from individuals. If however you have a unique collection of clothes available, such as a shop close down, please contact the team. 


All orders placed after 11 am will ship the next day. All weekend orders will ship on the Monday. Any Bank Holiday orders will ship the next available day.

Delays may be for a number of reasons. Unfortuanately, we have no control over delays coming from the shipping compnaies. You can reach out to us at to see if we can do anything to help. 

I am sorry to hear that! We are insured for up to £100 worth of lost post for orders that are confirmed as lost by the shipping company. Please get in touch and we will start a lost post claim for you.

We utilise the IOSS scheme to pay for VAT on our EU customers behalf on orders under €150. If you are in the EU and your order is over £150, then customs charges may apply.

We will usually use the size stated on the tag. If the tag has a country specific size - we will convert the size using this chart - If there is no tag, we may measure the item or compare it against over similar items that do have a size tag. Please check the listing of the item - we may have mentioned some more information on the fit or measurements there.
