How come these items are so cheap?

As all the items are vintage aka secondhand it allows us to buy a lot cheaper than new. 

Is the quality less if they are secondhand? 

No! That is actually the great thing, all these polo shirts and rugby shirts mostly originate in the 1990s. Quality was better back then. It's funny that these vintage shirt's are often of better quality than their modern counterparts.
